Photo-biostimulation is a method devised for treatments associated with the invigoration of the face and body. It works principally on non-endogenous chromophores which are brought to depth with a cosmetological treatment to be effected prior to the laser session. The non-endogenous chromophores function as receptors for laser light.
Laser radiation or IPL, acting on the chromophores, generates a heat source brought to bear on the fibroblasts, which create a physiological product of collagen and hyarulonic acid, leading to the enhancement of skin tone. The skin is an integument with unique characteristics, in that it transpires and is permeabilisable, and this is the case for the skin all over the body.
